Section 93
District Assembly Budget
(1) The Government of Nepal and the Provincial Government will provide the necessary budget for the District Assembly.
(2) The amount received in accordance with sub-section (1) and the amount received from other sources shall be deposited in the treasury of the District Assembly.
(3) The facilities provided to the members of the district coordination committee shall be paid from the budget received in accordance with sub-section (1).
